SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
For small orders (handles etc.) we use Royal Mail Shipping. We have found this to be the most reliable when sending parcels to our customers.
For Large Full Kitchen orders we use a dedicated courier. We would ask kindly that a competent person will be available at the the delivery address to aid with unloading of the Kitchen.
We always offer free delivery to Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales)
For Delivery to Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands please get in touch prior to ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As all of our products are made to order and handmade, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any of our products.
However, should there be any problems with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch, so we can resolve any issues.
