SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
For small orders (handles etc.) we use Royal Mail Shipping. We have found this to be the most reliable when sending parcels to our customers.
For Full Kitchen orders we aim to deliver everything personally to ensure timings are met reducing the risk of any damages. We would ask kindly that a competent person will be available at the the delivery address to aid with unloading of the Kitchen.
We offer delivery across the UK. Prices for full kitchen deliveries are worked out on an individual basis
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As all of our products are made to order and handmade, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on any of our products.
However, should there be any problems with your order please do not hesitate to get in touch, so we can resolve any issues.
